today we took down our work in Copeland. it was definitely a bittersweet feeling, but one after a great show. I think everything was placed in the perfect spot, and the reception was wonderful. I loved the performances as well - really was in line with our works as well somehow. the process of cleaning up and filling in holes and painting over them and sanding them down.. a reset like we were never there.. it’s so interesting how a show/different works completely change a gallery space. anyway, overall a really valuable experience - I enjoyed documenting this part of the process too.
