powell-cotton museum in birchington-on-sea

I went to the powell-cotton museum as tom suggested and it was the most traumatic / best trip ever. I felt that it was the perfect beginning or reawakening of those feelings i'm talking about in my MCP. To experience it so fresh, with a museum space that is SO filled with the numerous dioramas, which I don't think I've ever experienced, was so overwhelming and I could really write from those emotions in the start of my essay. So far, I've only written about the first gallery, sort of abstractedly, but I might reference the second and third galleries which was equally overwhelming if not more... Anyway, I took so many pictures for research and also, I feel I would use them in my studio work too. It seems that my MCP ideas are bleeding into my studio work as well and I'm really glad it is cause I am genuinely interested in these ideas yet I've never acted upon them. I took these pictures, and I could understand where photographer Diane Fox was doing when she did her UNnatural histroy series, the glass/reflection was a really interesting thing to play with when photographing the diorama. I might play with the images somehow? collage? or paint it ? we'll see...
