The general mindset right now is how panicky I feel about the British museum painting - yes, my proposal has been accepted and I still stand by my main ideas I mentioned in there, but I no longer want to re-draw the drawing repeatedly in different mediums, though in theory I would learn a lot more about Raphael’s lines in that way. Maybe I’m panicking about time (since Sarah said she’s going to contact us early October for a studio visit/filming us in progress, when I have nothing yet) but I want to dive straight in for the painting. Last week, I made a medium sized panel, somewhat proportionate to an A4 piece of paper, referencing the Raphael drawing (which may not be exactly A4 but, it has the connotation of paper)
