I've heard about this manga a few times before as it is quite famous, and I'm starting to understand why it is a masterpiece. The main character is drawn as a bird-like figure, and (I am assuming) changes its appearance throughout the series. What I am really excited about is that it seems to touch on humanity and pain a lot, so I am going to give it a try. I feel there isn't enough of manga's like this out there, but maybe I am not looking hard enough.
