On the last day of helping alicia she took us to her chisenhale studio, her big studio. we proceeded to cut more acetate shapes and this time coat the frames in colour and metallic paint. She used a special powder (used a mask) and mixed it, creating a very visually shiny paint. It was really interesting to see her big studio compared to her home studio and workspace. She said she definitely can focus more here as she is not distracted by everyday domestic activities such as doing the laundry etc. She also doesn't have a computer here, she leaves the admin work for home.
